It's Pac-Man, but at an angle, and you can jump. Still, those two elements do change the game quite a bit.
There are several areas for Pac-Man to explore, rather than the one maze of the original game, and the different angle makes it sometimes more difficult to decide on your route, as you can't see the entire maze. The ability to jump offsets that difficulty and gives you a chance to avoid enemies, though their intelligence means that you cannot rely on it to save you.

I've copy-pasted most of this review from my Amiga blog, as the game is basically the same on the Speccy, but at least I can say it's equally playable, despite not being as smooth and having a smaller amount of the maze on display. The 128K music replicates the catchy arcade tunes well, too. Overall, a good port, the question is whether you like Pac-Mania.

16K - No
48K - Yes
128K - Yes, in-game music
