Did you like Manic Miner? Well, I'm not sure I can recommend this one.
The titular Mr Freeze is tasked with turning on the de-icer in the six compartments of his massive freezer, but along the way he must contend with flying food, robots, and deadly lasers that activate whenever you climb the fridge's many ladders. Fortunately, he's not totally helpless, as he has a flame thrower to push back his foes. Keyboard control is recommended as the game requires very precise movement to avoid danger.
This is a surprise entry in the list, as this budget game didn't exactly get rave reviews, and is really quite flawed in several ways. The control is extremely frustrating at first, but to give the game credit, it's not just mindless jumping, you do have to think a bit about how you can approach each room. Still, it's one for dedicated fans only, I think.
