Astroball

It doesn't get much simpler than a ball bouncing around, but Astroball has more to it than at first glance.
When you start a level, you see a map layout showing the items you must collect and the location of platforms, then you're into the game as a ball which can bounce with varying height. You jump around platforms, avoiding the ground and sharp objects, and need to collect a certain amount of coins before you can progress. Interestingly, there is a mini shoot 'em up between each level, for bonus points.
There isn't too much to say about Astroball, but that doesn't mean it's bad. It's a later game for the Speccy, and shows it with the flashy effects on show. It's the kind of game that you can get into very quickly, but can still be a good bit of fun to play with.
